💡 General

Oasis Mental Care is a virtual psychiatry practice that provides compassionate, bilingual (English & Spanish) mental health services. We specialize in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment for conditions like anxiety, depression, and ADHD — all from the comfort of your home.

Telepsychiatry is the delivery of psychiatric care through secure video visits. It allows you to meet with your provider from any private location using your phone, tablet, or computer. It's just like an in-person appointment, but without the commute or waiting room.

Our lead provider is Isabel C. Zapata, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC — a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and DNP candidate. She specializes in integrative psychiatric medication management and provides all services in English and Spanish.

Absolutely. All sessions are HIPAA-compliant, and we use fully encrypted, secure video platforms. Your privacy is our top priority. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

📅 Appointments & Scheduling

You can schedule a free 15-minute initial consultation through our Contact page or by calling us at (352) 832-4652. All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time. We are closed on Fridays, weekends, and major holidays.

The free consultation is a brief, no-commitment introductory call. We'll listen to your concerns, answer your questions, explain our services, and help determine if we're a good fit for your needs. There is absolutely no pressure to commit.

You'll receive an intake questionnaire before your appointment. It helps to have a list of your current medications, any previous diagnoses, and your main concerns. A quiet, private space and a stable internet connection are also important.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. We understand that life happens — please communicate with us so we can accommodate your needs.

🧠 Services & Treatment

We provide treatment for anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, PTSD/trauma, sleep disorders, stress/burnout, and related conditions. If you're unsure whether we can help with your specific concern, please reach out — we're happy to discuss.

Yes. As a board-certified PMHNP-BC, Isabel is qualified to prescribe and manage psychiatric medications. Medication decisions are always made collaboratively, based on a thorough evaluation, and monitored through regular follow-up appointments.

Our primary focus is on psychiatric evaluations and medication management. While our appointments include supportive therapeutic elements, we can also provide referrals to licensed therapists for ongoing talk therapy if that's part of your treatment plan.

Our integrative approach means we don't just focus on symptoms in isolation. We consider the relationship between your mental health and factors like gut health (the gut-brain axis), nutrition, stress levels, sleep, and lifestyle — for a more complete and effective treatment plan.

💳 Insurance & Payment

Yes! We accept insurance through Alma, Headway, and Grow Therapy platforms. Many major insurance plans are covered through these networks. Visit our Insurance & Payment page for more details.

We offer competitive self-pay (cash pay) rates. We accept all major credit/debit cards through secure processing. Contact us to learn about our pricing and available options.

Isabel is currently licensed in Florida, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, South Carolina, and Delaware. Massachusetts licensure is coming soon. You must be physically located in one of these states during your appointment.
