1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Oasis Mental Care website ("Site") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Description of Services

Oasis Mental Care provides virtual psychiatric and mental health services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and related telehealth consultations, through board-certified providers. Services are delivered via secure, HIPAA-compliant video platforms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
You must be physically located in a state where our provider is licensed (currently: FL, OR, WA, AZ, SC, DE) at the time of your appointment.
You must provide accurate, truthful information during the registration and intake process.

4. Not an Emergency Service

Oasis Mental Care is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For suicidal thoughts or self-harm, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988).

5. Appointments & Scheduling

All appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Office hours are Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments ("no-shows") may be subject to a fee.

6. Telehealth Consent

By using our telehealth services, you acknowledge and agree to participate in video-based psychiatric consultations. A separate Telehealth Consent form will be provided and must be signed before the commencement of clinical services.

7. Insurance & Payment

We accept insurance through Alma, Headway, and Grow Therapy platforms.
Self-pay (cash pay) options are available.
Payment for services is due at the time of service unless covered by insurance.
Specific services (clinical letters, specialized evaluations) may require direct payment via Stripe or PayPal.
You are responsible for understanding your insurance coverage and any applicable co-pays, deductibles, or out-of-pocket costs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Oasis Mental Care and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
