EMERGENCY NOTICE: Oasis Mental Care does not provide 24/7 emergency care or urgent crisis services. In case of a medical emergency or imminent suicidal ideation, call 911 immediately or contact the 988 Lifeline.
1. Scope of Telepsychiatry Services
Oasis Mental Care provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy to adults ages 21 to 64 physically located at the time of consultation in states where Isabel maintains active licensure: Delaware, Florida, Oregon, South Carolina, and Washington. Consultations are conducted via secure virtual video call. Audio-only visits may be used only when you are at home and unable to connect by video, as permitted by federal and state rules. Controlled substances are prescribed exclusively following a clinical evaluation by video.

2. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We require 24-hour notice for appointments scheduled more than 24 hours in advance; 12-hour notice for appointments scheduled within 24 hours to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made without the required notice or missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee pursuant to practice policy or the specific platform policy through which you booked (such as Grow Therapy). Health insurance plans do not reimburse missed visits.
3. Controlled Substances Prescribing Policy
Prescribing psychotropic medications occurs solely after a thorough clinical evaluation and at the health provider's sole discretion. Prescribing controlled substances strictly complies with the Ryan Haight Act and applicable federal/state laws.
